coworking.sel.betton

When:

  • April 30, 2020
    12:00 - 13:00

Birdhaus is proud to present Be the Change is a Six-Part Lunch-and-Learn Series by Selena Betton, where we touch upon the holistic aspects for personal transformation… head, heart, body and the unconscious. In Session #4: why HOW we think matters, we explore the levels of cognition based on the Stratified Systems Theory by Elliot Jacques and find out what sort of thinking styles are more suited for which type of environments. Note: Each session can be attended as a  ‘stand-alone’, individual session.

Speaker:

Selena has over two decades of ‘corporate life’ experience – in consulting, banking and HR. As an Advisor in Leadership and Coach, Selena works with high performers in the corporate world – specifically enabling them to navigate the political dimension and gaining the right visibility. She also coaches career ‘switchers’ on how to make the ’employee-to-entrepreneur’ mindset leap. Originally from Malaysia, she’s lived in five continents and nine countries – and since 2008, calls Zürich home.
