A series of 6 “Lunch & learn” sessions on mindfully nourishing the body and the mind to optimize natural health, as well as to lead a more mindful, sustainable lifestyle.
Organised in collaboration with Marie Boutemy, founder of Lonaca, Practice for holistic wellbeing and health, the sessions will be led by 6 therapists & coaches, providing participants with tools and techniques to easily implement in their daily life. When our body, mind and soul are in alignment with health, it makes us unstoppable in the world.
