In this lunch & learn session you’ll discover how the food you eat affects your energy
levels, your mood and your brain performance, and how exactly you need to
optimise your nutrition to feel and function at your best every day.
You’ll discover:
●The link between your blood sugar balance and your energy levels, and
how to tweak your eating habits to improve both,
●The gut-brain connection and why keeping your gut flora healthy is crucial
for feeling at your best,
●The key vitamins and minerals that you need for optimal energy and peak
brain functioning, and which foods you can get them from,
●The role that hydration plays in how you feel both physically and mentally,
and how to determine how much you specifically should be drinking every
day,
●And finally, why hidden food intolerances can also be driving your tiredness
and what to do about them.
In the workshop you’ll also receive practical tips on how you can start optimising
these five areas through your nutrition right away, and that will make a tangible
difference to how you feel both physically and mentally every single day.

 


About the speaker

Klara Debeljak is a Certified Nutrition Coach and the Founder of nutrition consultancy Nourishi, that specialises in women, family, and children’s nutrition.

After spending almost 15 years working in the corporate world, Klara’s journey into nutrition began when her busy and stressful lifestyle triggered significant health challenges that she wasn’t able to overcome with traditional medical interventions alone. Changing her nutrition helped her overcome these health challenges, completely restore her health, and also made her realise how powerful the food that we eat every day actually is.

 

Since then she certified as a Nutrition Coach and founded her own nutrition consultancy Nourishi, where she helps clients optimise their personal and family nutrition, so that they can feel at their best every day, support their long-term health and live their life to their fullest.
