About the speaker
Klara Debeljak is a Certified Nutrition Coach and the Founder of nutrition consultancy Nourishi, that specialises in women, family, and children’s nutrition.
After spending almost 15 years working in the corporate world, Klara’s journey into nutrition began when her busy and stressful lifestyle triggered significant health challenges that she wasn’t able to overcome with traditional medical interventions alone. Changing her nutrition helped her overcome these health challenges, completely restore her health, and also made her realise how powerful the food that we eat every day actually is.
Since then she certified as a Nutrition Coach and founded her own nutrition consultancy Nourishi, where she helps clients optimise their personal and family nutrition, so that they can feel at their best every day, support their long-term health and live their life to their fullest.
