Weekly Tuesdays Morning Yoga Session with Caroline Fürstenberg 

From 9:00 to 10:00

Being entrepreneurial minded myself and after working in the startup environment over the last few years, I can say that for me, Yoga has been a wonderful way to foster physical but also mental strength and creativity. I look forward to teaching Yoga at Birdhaus, which is such an inspiring environment, with and for inspiring people that embrace entrepreneurial spirit and energy.
The classes will be challenging at times, yet fun and of course relaxing in the end. I pursue a rather dynamic Vinyasa Flow Yoga style that activates body and mind through lots of balance exercises and I enjoy being creative with my sequencing and postures. I love incorporating Pilates exercises that activate the core but always try to offer lots of variations, so that participants from all levels can enjoy the class, while continuously improving their strength and positive feeling for their own body.

Bi Monthly Fridays Lunch Yoga Session with Chantal Hauser

Our lunch yoga with Chantal is the boost you’ll need to get it all done (think espresso or ginger shot). This hour gets you moving (and perhaps slightly sweaty) to get your body smooth for the weekend. Walk out feeling ready for anything; relaxed, stress-free and strong
Chantal Hauser is a professional yoga + movement teacher. She has been teaching yoga for a decade; it has been her first real adult job since her neuro-linguistics studies at university and she took her first yoga class when she was 5 years old. Her background and teachings are deeply influenced and shaped by her mentors Tim Miller and Ana Forrest.
Chantal is the founder of the YOGA ATELIER in Thalwil where she teaches classes with her team and focuses on private yoga and various events. She is renowned for her unique style Hanuman Flow which she developed in 2016 and for brining Forrest Yoga to Switzerland in 2014.

Stefanie ist Physiotherapeutin und Yogalehrerin seit über 10 Jahren, sie gründete ‘Health & Yoga’ in 2009 und offeriert Physiotherapie, Health & Yoga Events sowie Online Kurse & Trainings.
